KHIKHVI dry white wine is made from 100% grapes from the indigenous Georgian vine of the same name. For white wine lovers, the vine, which is exotic to Europeans, is a magnificent discovery.
The wine was left to mature for six months in 225 liter French oak barrels.
A rich straw colour is pleasing to the eye. The aroma includes a seductive abundance of tropical fruits, with lychee playing the main role.
Khikhvi is juicy, full-bodied and dense, with fresh, lively acidity that delights the palate in combination with a note of yellow plum and a very slight hint of pleasant bitterness.
The optimal drinking temperature is 14–16 °C
